We had long years experienced in providing Technical Assistances (TA) and/or Consultancies to rural banks (BPRs), cooperatives, and microfinance institutions in many developing countries, emphasized on improvement and strengthening their managerial and micro credit [also wholesale loan] operations.

In most cases JBS-Consulting contracted and financially paid by international development institutions (i.e. ADB, WB / CGAP, etc.) and other international development donors to conduct such consultancy, empowerment or similar TA to the beneficiaries.

Instead in an area of Micro-Finances coverage, service of TA is available also for Management/ Business/ Enterprise Development, Marketing/Market Expansion, Organizational Development, and/or for turn key project to develop new entity (business & industry), designing operational system. An engagement of turn key project usually in the intermittent terms of 2 to 3 years,

Engagement with JBS-Consulting is flexible, at Incidental / case by case basis, under a packed project, short and medium terms of in-house TA at the beneficiary / client office, start from 3 to 12 months contract basis, to provide daily consultancy, advice and mentoring to its policy, strategy and business operations.
